Using a Google Group for Testers

We strongly recommend creating a Google Group to manage your testers, as manually inputting each tester's email can be very time-consuming. A Google Group allows users to join your testers group on their own, simplifying the process.

For the best experience, we suggest configuring your group to allow anyone to join without prior approval. In the group settings:

1. Set Who can see group to Anyone on the web.

2. Set Who can join group to Anyone on the web can join.

Finding Your Google Group Link

When publishing an app for the first time on the server, locating your Google Group link might feel tricky, but this guide will help you.

1. Go to your Google Group.

2. Copy the URL displayed in your browser's address bar.

   • The link should look like this:
     https://groups.google.com/g/group_name_here
